This new framework is based on the Personal Development Assessment Model (PDAM) developed by Philip Parker, founder of InspirEd. Designed specifically for Alternative Provision settings, it provides a structured, consistent way to identify barriers, track progress, and support meaningful pathways back into mainstream education.
