Get ahead with your reporting using our time saving tools
Does reporting season fill you with dread? It’s a big task – but getting ahead early can make a real difference. By keeping on top of evidence and progress throughout the term, you can avoid the last-minute scramble and reduce the stress of pulling everything together. It also means your reports are more accurate and meaningful, since they’re based on real-time information rather than memory. This saves time and helps you share clearer, more useful updates with parents and carers.
The good news is, we’re here with lots of support to help lighten the load.
Our assessment software, Connecting Steps, includes built-in AI to speed things up. You can generate report summaries straight from pupil assessment – and even translate them into over 40 languages. Visit the Reports section of our support site to see all the different report types available in the software and how they show progress. You can save time bulk printing reports for multiple students in one go, to create individual .pdfs. If you need more help, just book a free 15-minute online support session.
In Evisense, you can also bulk print reports to create an evidence record for individual students. Plus the system now remembers your last print settings, making repeat reports quicker and easier to produce.
And if you do save some time, why not use it for CPD? Our on-demand, one-hour SENDcast training sessions are available for your whole school with a single purchase.

- Easily track linked assessments across frameworks – The ‘Also appears in’ button shows where linked assessments feature in multiple profiles or frameworks that the student is on. When an assessment point is updated, it automatically updates everywhere it appears – how to guide
