22 Additional Support Needs provisions in South Lanarkshire are using Connecting Steps and Evisense. Data gathered about the progress of pupils with ASN is now more relevant and accurate. This brings it in line with Mainstream, achieving the Council’s aim to make measurement of ASN progress in learning equitable.

In our setting, the best aspect of B Squared’s Connecting Steps is the small steps of progress each level is broken down into. This allows us to track tiny increases in development. This is vital when working with learners with PMLD, who may only make very small steps of progress.
